Our Taiwan champion coffee bean is grown at a high altitude of more than 1200 meters. Mainly under the Arabica variety with leaves of purple hue and a large grain called "Zhuowu No. 1". The coffee cherry is plump and large, water washed, and delivers a distinct fruity and toasty aroma.
